Petaling Jaya SS3

A major residential component of where transacted bungalow houses within SS3 can easily fetch up to a million ringgit. The residential areas are supported by commercial facilities, especially 'makan' places. Restaurants here are catering for workers from the nearby SS8 Free Industrial Zone. Housing includes both link house and bungalow types. Facilities in neighbouring areas include schools (SS1, SS2 and SS5); mosques (SS1), commercial and retail (SS2 and SS6); and business/industrial (SS8). SS3 is also well located for the Kelana Jaya Recreational Park in SS7, which includes public tennis courts, swimming pool, and Kelana Seafood Centre and Taman Aman park in Section 22.
