Petaling Jaya SS25

Also known as Taman Mayang. SS25 is one of the smaller components of PJ. It is a residential area with a commercial shoplots running parallel along the LDP and on Jalan SS25/23. Housing consists of 643 link houses with a small apartment complex located in the southwest edge. There is a pasar malam at Kampung Cempaka on Wednesdays.

To the south lies SS7 and the recreational facilities at Kelana Jaya. These include tennis courts, a swimming pool, Kelana Jaya Recreational park, FAS football field, where the Selangor state footballers train, Kelana Medical Centre and Kelana Seafood Restaurant. Adjacent to these areas there is a small business area including the MAS Training Centre. Opposite SS7, across the LDP, is the business/commercial district, SS6. Located here is the Kelana Parkview commercial development, a Post Office and companies such as Glomac and Yamaha Music. Facilities in neighbouring areas include schools in SS4 and SS26 and the Lim Kok Wing Institute is sited in SS26. There is a mosque in SS5 and a surau in SS4. . Kelana Jaya LRT station is located in SS4 and there are parks in SS4 and SS26. A Pasar Malam is held in SS24 on Sunday and in SS2 on Mondays and Thursdays. SS25 has immediate access to the LDP, which ensures quick and convenient movement to the Federal Highway, Bandar Utama and 1-Utama shopping mall and to KL. Along with other thoroughfares it provides easy links to all parts of PJ. Via Jalan SS25/29, there is easy access to the North/South Highway.
