Petaling Jaya SS24

Otherwise known as Taman Megah, SS24 is a residential and commercial area. Housing is predominantly link housing accounting for 697 units. There are also 44 semi-detached units and 30 bungalows. Jalan SS24/2, SS24/8 and SS24/11 form a commercial centre which has frontage alongside the LDP. There are 3 pocket parks in SS24 and church is found in shoplots along SS24/2.

A Pasar Malam is held on Jalan SS24/2 on Sunday night and also in SS2 on Mondays and Thursdays. The areas neighbouring SS24 are broadly residential with commercial areas similar to SS24. SR Taman Megah School lies across Jalan SS23/23 in SS26 and more schools can be found in SS2 and SS4. Other nearby facilities includes a mosque and large commercial centre in SS2 and suraus in SS3 and SS4. Churches are located in SS2. LRT stations are conveniently situated in SS2 and SS4. There is a commercial strip is SS26 and a commercial centre in SS23, both of which border the LDP and a small commercial parade is located on Jalan SS2/3, which adjoins the LDP. SS24 has immediate access to the LDP, which ensures quick and convenient movement to the Federal Highway, Bandar Utama and 1-Utama shopping mall and to Bangsar, Damansara and KL. There is good access to the Federal Highway and easy links to all parts of PJ using the LDP and other thoroughfares. There is also good access to the North/South Highway via Jalan SS23/23 or the LDP.
