Terrace housing is located in the western and northern segment and bungalows are found in the eastern part. The first townhouses in Petaling Jaya were built here and terrace houses along Jalan 20/7 were divided to 2 units, upper floor and lower floor with different land titles.
A commercial area is situated in the centre of Section 20 and includes shoplots, Chinese restaurants and hawker stalls. A Pasar Malam is held in the commercial area every Sunday evening. |
Schools can be found in adjacent Section 14 and close by in SS2, SS1 and SS3. Mosque and suraus are situated in Section 14, SS1 and SS2. Churches are situated within easy reach in SS2 and SS24. Scenic Taman Aman Park abuts the southern end of Section 20. Taman Paramount LRT station is located here. Pocket parks can be found in SS2. Nearby retail areas include the commercial centre in SS2 with its large hawker centre and the retail area focused around Jaya Supermarket and Metrojaya in Section 14.
