Yes.. i'm getting a new laptop as i'm going university soon. There're too many brands and models outside and it gives me a headache for choosing the right one. What would you guys recommend? Brand? Model? Help!!

Comparing Sony against Acer?

Better let us know what's your budget and what's the laptop mainly used for? Then we can advise.

My vote personally go for DELL laptop. DELL laptop isn't that bad as what someone has thought. I own one of Dell laptop myself (I'm not bragging), seriously, this laptop performs very well.

Lol.. Sony vaio VS Acer Laughing
Acer aspire 5670 is quite good (1.66 giga hz "duo", 512 ddr2 , 60 or 80 ultra ata hardisk and etc etc) seling at RM5k. Sony vaio FE series (1.66 ghz "duo" , 512ddr2 , 40 ultra ata hrdsk , intergrated graphic card and etc etc) selling at RM4k+, Sony vaio FE series is quite new to the market and i was told that this series is replacing Sony vaio FS series. I'm going to upgrade it to 2.16. I think it will cost lots of money either for Sony or Acer. So any suggestion guys? Sony FE or Acer?
