I too thought the brand was OK, until the day I decided to buy products off their website (sonystyle.com). Boy, do they suck! ANd customer service is useless! Last item I purchased was a scanner. I placed the order in September, comes January the following year the order was cancelled, since my credit card validation date was expired. No S**T. My card expired 3 months after I place the order. After going back and fourth with customer service, they say they must cancel the order and I have to start it all over again. What, another 4 months wait? Don't hold your breath, Sony. I will purchase it elsewhere.

I took my phone to the service center at amcorp mall. You know what happened? During the service, they took my phone out for their own use. They claimed this was for the testing purpose. Testing a phone outside the lab by taking their own ghost-face picture? Oh dear... pls consider this.
I will never consider sony ericsson anymore, this is a nightmare, especially when you come to service. Please bear in mind, I sent in my phone more than 5 times per year. If you don't believe, they have my record. The joysticks damage always and now the headset is not working. I don't bother to ask them to repair because they will simply open it and tell you the wire has lossen and what I will do is to stick it back.
What the heck is this? Pls reconsider my point, if you are staying in PJ or KL and they want you to run like this. If you save your petrol, you already can buy a new one.

Well, he was good, but his technician was bad. The only customer service who made me very satisfy, it was dell. and I am going back to them when i purchase a new computer later...
