have anyone here been donate blood?
does blood donation will increase our weight?
really , i never heard of this before , i donated blood before. wat i know is after the donation , i experienced a bit of discomfort, and according to those physician , they will name it as anemia, but temporary only , maybe is the flow of our blood.
but i know that after the donation , it can stimulate our body to produce more red blood cells. Since red cells contain a large portion of the body's iron stores, the physician may prescribe iron to us to help our body to make more blood again ,i think this is the reason we eat more iron food then our weight increase .... but this is my personal view only..
definitely not going to increase your weight. i am not a doctor nor nurse, but this is what the doctor told me.
i agree with you, there is no need to worry about the increase of weight , if you do not donate blood and you do not have a proper eating management , your weight also would increase

Donating blood is good for both the donor and the receipient.1st of all the donor gets to cleanse the body to get rid of impurities and the toxin build up. 2nd most important thing is that we save a live of those who are in need of the blood transfusion.
