Q: Why is my post missing?
A: Posts for Room to Let will be deleted after 60days (Properties for Sales - 90 days) to make room for others. Please be considerate. Once you put up a post, do reply other forumer's PM.
Q: Why is my post locked/missing?
A: Post will be locked once the room is taken or there is duplicate posting. Spam will not be tolerated. ie duplicate or more of the same post. Please BUMP/update it to avoid a slide. ie reply your own post!
Q: Why is my post moved/missing?
A: Posts that are wrongly put up will be moved to their respective thread. There is a difference between "I need a room" and "I have a room to let"...
Q: Why is my PM not sent out? ie stuck at "outbox".
A: The intended recipient has not check or log-in to their pjnet account. Then it will move to the "sentbox".
Q: Why are others not receiving my PM.
A: PM must be sent with a "subject" title, otherwise it will not be delivered.
