I wish we live in a country where viewing a webpage is just like flipping a newspaper..but since we live in Malaysia,well...

I am seriously thinking of switching to any ISP other than Streamyx as I am fed up with their service,speed and pretty much everything else.So I am looking for an ISP which is flexible,not too costly with reasonable speed.

Any recommendation folks?

dedicated T1 line...100% very fast... but prepared to pay a bomb for it... Razz

any website can check? how about the coverage area??..
streamyx sucks is also due to conjested...
celcom maxis jaring or izzinet will also facing the same problem in the future. cos for this moment not much ppl using yet

LAST MONTH I JUST WENT TO CONSUMER CLAIMS TRIBUNAL MALAYSIA OR IN BAHASA TRIBUNAL TUNTUTAN PENGGUNA MALAYSIA (AT MENARA PUTRA BESIDE LEGEND HOTEL, KL) TO LOGGED A COMPLAIN AND TO CLAIM BACK 90% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR IZZIYOU PACKAGE. THE HEARING OF THE TRIBUNAL WILL BE HELD ON 14 MAY 08 AT 9AM AT THE ABOVE VENUE. HEY IF YOU GUYS WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS TRIBUNAL DO COME & JOIN ME AND FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS (CONSUMERS RIGHTS). SEE YOU ALL THEN.

Just saw this. So how was the claim?

Anything to do with communication can also go to MCMC http://www.skmm.gov.my/ , pretty effective. For complaint: http://www.skmm.gov.my/consumer/complaint.asp

Successfully claimed back 50% of the purchase price. Although using the service for more than 7 months. Quite effective and satisfied with the tribunal outcome.
