had been undergoing some plyometircs training on my own and my back and shoulder is really killing me.
need a good massage... 
but looking around the massage service available in my area is kinda scary ... think all of them got "extra" service.
so i dont really dare go... scare kena potong...
anyone know any place i can go? |

| i went quite few times le.. very nice.. sometimes can fall asleep also.. another which i go to cure my shoulder pain is in the big giant at kelana jaya. Those ppl from China mostly and waaa they really use their energy and make your blood flow. A bit painful but after that really relax and feel wan fall into deep sleep.. |
