Anyone knows where in PJ have a cheap and affordable fitness centre? Are there any upcoming promotions from True Fitness, California Fitness, Fitness First or Celebrity Fitness? I want to join the HipHop dance classes and enjoy having steam there lar  |

you can join California Fitness at midvalley... let me know if u need a discount.i know somebody there who might give u a good deal. they have hiphop classes and it rocks:) |

wat is the promotion for CF right now? i currently joint FF gym for rm105 per month but da place very crowded and not enough machine to work with...think of changing to CF...u got any good deal?

Err.. I forgot the actual figure. Sometimes when they are really desparate for sale, they will get a special rate for u. U won't see it in their open advertisement. I did come across the rate 79 & 89 but u need to sign-up for 2 years (hv to pay upfront). There is another type of package (guess is RM98 monthly - no need to pay upfront), ie the weekend users & no free towel.
I did went for the VIP membership but just for 7 days. U r so lucky hlynnkee can get 1 MONTH! Yupe, I like the environment (Mid-Valley) but quite far from my hse. It takes abt 30 mins to reach home & now the parking in Mid-Valley is very expensive (My workout would more than 3 hrs a session ya..  ). So end up I din go for it..  Maybe not now.. If they do open an outlet somewhere in damansara, I think I would.. btw, what classess u like it very much? 
ednew, wah, u r lucky oso can get only RM105 a month. Yes, agree FF is too crowded. I don't like they studio, the pillars everywhere & no mirror in front (U know, we want to see whether we post correctly ). What classess u join?

| Hehe that's because my friend is an Infinity member there. So we managed to get 1 month trial. I love the HipHop and Latin Dance there. PS: The instructor (Dino) is kinda cute! Hehe. Ya, MidValley is quite far from my place as well. I have to take at least 1 and half hours to get there after my work. And everytime have to pay parking of at least RM5. Waiwai, you can try out True Fitness at Section 14. It's a brand new outlet. Went for a visit there before, damn CUN! But abit pricey....hehehe |

i got this promotion when my bro knew a fren working there...but i hav to joinly sign up as a pair(me and my bro) only got tis promotion and the duration is 2 yrs contract... i din join any classes there just working out with the machine and equipment there...CF RM98 per month seems to be a good deal but i dunno FF can allow me to cancel mycurrent contract early...

Hey,
I dunno whether you are interested to join True Fitness in Section 13. I got a membership needs to be transferred off before i leave to oversea. The package is RM136 per month. When i transfer to you, it means you start or continue my membership for 19months. My package is 24mths since 16/6/07 and i've used 5 months (til 15/11/07)

Hi there...are you still interested in looking for fitness center? There is a new fitness center in PJ Damansara. It is a first 24hours operation gym center! Environment is elegant as well. They are giving out one month free trial for first visit to the gym center.

It's already 1 year since I join, so if anyone is interested, you can actually continue my membership for 1 or 2 months and stop whenever you want with no penalty fees applicable. I have got 10-14 Personal Training sessions for transfer also, anyone interested, please PM me ASAP for a very special rate thn normal. |
