Hello everyone,I am a university student ,currently promoting my part time business services to all the students in secondary school ,colleges & universities. I do not know whether my idea will work or not but i'll give a try n see.Give me some suggestions o......
I am selling customize events T-shirts (for example: club T-shirts, Event T-shirt, Corporate T-shirts...) from my uncle who is the manufacturer of T-shirts. I used to sell T-shirts during my school time for different clubs and earn quite a money.
For example,
Chinese Society of my uni wants to make T-shirts for his club,they find me n give me their design, T-shirt details like colour, sizes. Then i will quote the price of T-shirt n give my order to the factory after confirmation. Normally I'll only take order for 30pcs n above.
Let say 100Pcs ordered from them,price for a normal round neck with 2 printings will be about RM8 per shirt (manufacturing price) and i sell it at RM12 (which is reasonable at the market price) And....I earned 4 per shirt x 100 shirts=RM400.
I've shared my experience to my friends around me.N i can see they are earning quite well.It's just a matter of whether u're a hard seller or just to promote here n there. Coz some of them earn like RM200-RM500 if they get an order only once a month, but some of them are really the aggressive one, they get few orders or a big order(>500pcs) from the college, they are earning more to about RM1500 to RM2000.
I do not know if this idea can work or not. My selling point is on my price which is the manufacturing price(which is really competitive one). I really hope it can work, haha....give me more Suggestion on this.
For those who are interested,I had write the some rough idea on how it works.
Networking & Marketing is the most important on this business....then some rough plan as below:
1.Get orders
2.Email the order with the design n detail to me
3.i'll quote the price (i can give the price list also if anyone who are interested)
4.Confirmation
5.Pay for the deposit
6.shirts will be ready in 2 weeks time
7.shirts will be sent by me by any mode of transport.
erm.....i think i should upload some pictures of my successful trade next time
