Hi people!!
Middle room and the last room for let at Pelangi Astana.
Furnished, with air-conditioned hall and heater in bathroom. TV in living room, fridge, washing machine and the tastefully done kitchen for light cooking.
Facilities:
-Gym
-Sauna
-Swimming pool
-24 hour security
-Multi-purpose court (for badminton etc)
-Shopping outlets (retail/boutiques) on the ground and first floor
-Loads of shops nearby, mamaks too 
-Of course, there's IKEA, Tesco, Cineleisure, and The Curve just a 7 mins walk away
-There's a bus stand right at the guardhouse
Oh yea, one last thing. Girls only please. Preferably working girls. Sorry guys  Rent is RM400 onwards per month,neg.
