Saw the place. Dont like the location coz its right behind the high retention table and lrt, besides the low cost flat and there's a HUGE mosque besides it.

Dear PJ folks, I am born and bred in this area so I know it pretty well. Yes, this area WAS calm, serene, clean but not anymore. However once PJ was declared city status, MBPJ embarked on making every nook and cranny as busy as possible even if it means your very backdoor or doorstep. Currently this is what happened and what is going on:-
1. The Condo was originally planned to be up in the Taman Aman (behind the bungalow houses).
2. The Dato's and Tan Sri's there vehemently objected and met with MBPJ and decided to move the project to the other end of the road 22/44 leading to SS1/25 without prior discussions with any residents living along that area.
3. Low Cost Flats were put up before this to house the squatter residents that were living in the valley next to the LRT line/cables. Their playground land was taken for this Condo project. So you can imagine their wrath.
4. The real picture is the Condo is very close to the high tension cables and if you purchase the higher unit the cables are like just outside your window. You will overlook rooftops of houses or face the cable. Its not overlooking the lake!! Dont forget lightning and thunders. Lightning arrester no guarantee till todate. No firm conclusion on effects of radiation too.
5. Access road leading to the condo is now is dispute. Residents have given warning to MBPJ that there will be a revolt if they dont change their plans. So nothing is firmed up yet on how you're going to access the Condo. The plan was to drive in from Jln 22/44D, close up the drain and be a nuisance to residence living along the row.
6.Talks are ongoing with MBPJ and the adun of the area ie. YB Lau Weng San.
7. Plan was to have 12 storey, then it went on to 15 but now its 17 storeys high with 2 floors for carpark. Its way too high and close to the cables.
Take a look for yourself and purchase at your own risk.

Thanks for PJlad comment for this condo.

Means that, originally this condo was not located at this location, It is because of some of the "RICH and POWERFUL" residents got that type of power to instruct the developer to change their plan.

So Developer was not take care of Paramount View Resident at all. They should take some initiative to bring convinient for road access to that condo, arrange with TNB to bring far distance from condo to the Cable Tower.

So I wish the MBPJ and the adun of the area ie. YB Lau Weng San as well and the developer Sri Aman Development can sort something out for that. So will not affect the resident around there as well.
