You have investor is it?
Haha... I am now studying singapore cybercafe.... I have calculated that in Singaore, only need $100,000 to setup with 40PC. ROI is 6 months. Way much better and faster than Malaysia where the ROI is 10 months.
Too bad No Capital to start. |

$2 dollar in Singapore.
Malaysia is charging RM1.50 to RM2.00 and still making profit and ROI within 10 months. |

Hi Mr. Goh,
how do you look at this 1 million that you want to invest.
1) Low Risk. 5 - 15% gains
2) Medium Risk 20 - 30%
3) 50 - 100% high risk?
just for benefit of the ideas can be carved out more objectively to your comfort level. |

thedavidthan,
I'm looking to establish a business... whereas for every business there's risk. So I'm looking for a great idea that could bring me good returns and as low risk as possible. I'm personally a forex trader. So if I want to do high risk with high return, I'll stick with forex. lol. what ideas have you got? |

There are one new type of business service that I came across recently. It will work in Singapore but might not work in Malaysia.
The service is to provide recording service of local TV shows.. instead of having TIVO, the provider will record the show and let you view it via online. Everything is done via online. But the service is only open to Singapore IP Address so that it will not violate the copyright law. |

Yesterday I watched a show about Pet Renting Services in Hong Kong. The business is very unique and it's an eye opener! |

It is unique. However, does the business model or concept able to apply in Malaysia? Will it work and acceptable in Malaysia? Will it able to generate ROI and sustain a long term profits? Laws/licenses, will it be approved?
All this must be look into and calculated risk must be done. |
