| Depends on your budget. But the most important supplement for any bodybuilders that I must recommend to take is whey protein. Try to get Optimum Whey protein, it's rather well-known brand. |

Try GNC outlet in the malls. Probably good idea to do some research before visiting the outlet. I have a scholarly article on my website at

Hope it helps. |

| As I mentioned in my earlier post, Protein is a must. If you have extra $ to spare, the other 2 supplements I would suggest is creatine and multivitamin. |

Can I ask why you ppl are talking about protein and have conveniently forgotten eggs? Is is because its a 'cheap' ? And while we're at it, what about the 'lowly' soya bean? How come ppl equate inexpensive as being undesirable? Does it mean a RM150 can/tin has more protein and the quality is higher then RM150 worth of eggs? Maybe not ah............

I have tried a lot of eggs before, incld boiled eggs or raw eggs. Not effect, probably cant absorb, and quite painful to eat too much eggs per day. Suppl may help, but have to drink a lot of water. pharmacy freind told me if take not enough water, will hurt our kidney. |
