It's not clear to me but what's the difference between the subforum PJ property in PJ talk and the subforum PJ properties for rent or sale in classified ad? It seems to me that one should be used as a general discussion about properties in PJ and the other used to sell or rent out properties in PJ but IMO users are using both subforums similarly. There are ppl posting rent and sale threads in the PJ property subforum as they do in the PJ properties for rent or sale subforum.
