- Small room available for rent at Palm Spring Condominium, Kota Damansara (can move in by middle of March).
- Monthly Rental: RM300 nett (Utilities are NOT included and shall be shared amongst tenants).
- WiFi with 1Mb Streamyx broadband is available.
- Deposit: 2 months deposit + 1 month advance rental + half month utilities deposit = RM1,050. The minimum tenure duration is 6 months. At least a month’s notice should be given prior to moving out.
- Room is furnished with lighting, writing table, plastic chair and a wooden book rack. A table fan is also available upon request.
- Unit is furnished with refrigerator, kitchen cabinet, gas stove (cook at your pleasure), microwave oven, washing machine, clothes rack (for drying your wet clothes) and ironing board. The shared/common bathroom comes with water heater.
- Located at a strategic location. IKEA, The Curve, Cineleisure, TESCO and 1 Utama Shopping Centre are located nearby.
- Condominium facilities include a clubhouse, 7 swimming pools, children’s wading pool, jacuzzi, indoor badminton court, tennis court, gymnasium, sauna, laundry, cafeteria, nursery, children’s playground, kindergarten, golf-putting ground, multi-level carpark and 24-hour security with smart card access system).
- Car park lot is not included but can be rented from the management office (subject to availability).
- Suitable for students and working executives.
- Preferable Chinese male tenant who prioritise cleanliness, tidiness and personal hygiene. The aforementioned tenant must also be able to pay the rent promptly before the 7th of each month.
