I read from the paper last week that said ASTRO is planning to launched its 3rd satellite. According to them, this satellite can broadcast ASTRO programs even when it rains in Malaysia. Don't know how true is that...

i dont believe that...if rains, the signal unable to get through the thick clouds. unless they put up some station all over the place so that it can reflect the signal
