I just discovered this great Instant Food! Goto the frozen section and look for 'Roti Paratha' from Kawan Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. It comes in a green and yellow plastic bag. There are 5 pieces inside and costs around RM$3 (which works out to 0.60cents apiece). Take it out from the freezer (instructions says Do Not Thaw) and place in on a heated wok or skillet for 1-2 minutes and VOILA! You do need some great curry to go with it so rush over to Zainul Nasi Kandar and buy some of your favourite curry. Man! this Roti Paratha is really really good and prep time is less than 2 minutes!
Those of you who do not believe me pls go to your nearest supermarket and buy a couple of packs to take home and try. You will become a believer!

If you have 1 only maybe its like a snack. I tried 2 and almost cannot move, just like a big bowl of rice, its no snack, its a meal in itself esp if you have nice mutton curry with it and wash it down with Guinness Stout. yumyum This roti paratha is really good ler! I luv it!
Cool! O_O But, I er don't have mutton curry at my disposal hehe so prolly will buy this and experiment with other stuff. Think, salmon tuna filling! Or sweet peanut butter and jelly pratha!! Or toasted crabstick pratha! Yum! wash it down with green tea! _________________ "It's either your ink or your brains on the contract."
