hi,
I am looking for a room which is around IBM, TV3 area can reach with walking distance 10 mins in July urgently.
My budget is around 300-400. and I wish the room have the below facilities as well
washing machine,fridge, Wifi/internet access,water heater, cooking is allowed in house and clean environment

hi there..
i have a room is available in BU area.
med room (upstair) with aircon + water heater
room rental = RM 450 (included water utilities, but NOT included aircon because it will be calculate and deduct from the total bill in each room.
Med room will be sharing bathroom with me.. the location is very near as what you request, and we are looking for professional & clean & tidy person to live with us.
The room shall be available by end of July 2009. light cooking is allowed.
Wifi - will be sharing with the house mate.

- Room comes with a ceiling fan and lighting
- Toilet with water heater (share basis with another female tenant)
- Only 2 other tenants in this unit.
- Water, electricity & streamyx (share basis)
- Access card, water heater, kitchen cabinet, broadband facilities, and refrigerator
- Swimming pool view. Nice ambience.
- 2 and 1/2 months deposit required
- Prefer professional working female,CLEAN and non-smoker.
- Available start from 5th July 2009.

Single Room: RM450
EXCLUDE UTILITIES
2 and half months deposit, 1 month advanced rentals.
If needed a car park, it should add on RM120 per month. (only has one car park).
