|
|
| The real estate business is tough and hard. It requires a lot of toil and hardwork. Being a broker in the business, I have to stay away from home for long. I also have a high maintenance cost of maintaining an office and other overheads. All this put together is not working to be cost effective for me. Can I continue working as an agent without incurring the costs and as a result get more profits. |

| What you say is true. It is indeed difficult for agents to maintain overhead costs. Instead, it will be better if you join the on-line program byMyGreenParachute for real estate agents. They absorb all agents in their fold and have something for all. You can work from home at peace and earn referral incomes without having to bother about overheads. You can also join their community www.JoinMGP.com.com and enjoy blogging!!!! |

With the real estate market as slow as it is, I've actually found that my most stable form of income has been from my rental agreements that I've signed on a few rental properties.
I actually used to do VERY well, as a real estate agent, but because things were slow I turned my second home into a rental property and have since had a few sets of tenants now sign rental agreements.
Anyway just a thought, for real estate agents struggling to make ends meet.
Cheers,
South Pointe Title Company

What a coincidence? niccell and Williamjones, one registers on Sept 1, 2008 and the other on Sept 2!
niccell recommends sites http://mygreenparachute.com/ and http://www.joinmgp.com/, both domains seems to be US sites registered with godaddy.com.
I fail to see the relevancy of US websites in providing any useful information on a Malaysian forum having to do with real estate agents?!! unless you're just interested in generating some click-through traffic for your website..... duh
