Warning; Please beware of this man at BU3 Rooms/House

Please help me warn your friends from renting a room or the whole house from this man. He went back on our agreement, and refused to return my deposit despite us giving notice as per agreement. I am not sure if he did the same with my other house mates, as they also left the place already and I didn’t get their contacts in time to ask. Apart from that, during my renting duration at the house, he also lets himself into my room when I am not in the house numerous times. After I found out that he has been using my room and toilet, I confronted him, but he claimed that he was only helping me to wash my toilet while I was away at work. My other house mate also had problems with him where he insisted that she pay for repairs on the water heater (and so on) when the items needed to be repaired since she is using the rooms. He also lets himself into her room to use the toilet when she is not around. This is very creepy and scary, so please be careful. I don’t think he can be trusted.

Please take note that apart from the 2 dogs that he has in the house, he has another 2 big dogs at the back of the house which he only cleans after once a week. Due to being retired, he spends his time at the house after sending his wife to work in KL.
