Anyone interested on housing loan, commercial loan or refinancing of current property?
Public Bank now offers up to BLR- 2.2 for housing loan and BLR- 1.7 for commercial loan.
Same goes for refinancing your current properties.
FOR HOUSING LOAN
Margin of finance up to 95% for housing loan
Loan tenure is now up to 40 years or aged 70 (whichever is earlier).
FOR COMMERCIAL LOAN
Margin of finance up to 85% for commercial loan
