A Chinese female, studying and working part-time, is looking for a room to rent around Petaling Jaya, preferably near Mid Valley City and Bukit Damansara.
- rental less than RM350 (RM400 inclusive of utility bills)
- easily accessible to public transportation
- must have an internet connection
- preferably with water heater at attached bathroom (or shared bathroom with clean person(s))
- preferably with air-conditioner (or ceiling fan at least)
- preferably with a swimming pool and gymnasium
- preferably with washing machine (or laundrette nearby at least)
- near to shops, e.g. convenient store, eateries, etc.
