Medium room and Small room in Casa Damansara in ss2 to let ( nearby Damansara Intan, KDU college) ** For Chinese female or male only No racial discrimination here. Just we prefer chinese for easy communication.
Medium Room just Newly Paint and Small Room
FAQ for small room
- Able to fit in one single bed matters, one table and one small cupboard.
- Available Now
- Rental inclusive of utilities.
- For medium room rental is RM450 and Small room rental is RM250
Facilities Included
- Kitchen
- Fridge, washing machine will add on soon,
- Internet access ( billing shared if needed )
Condo Facilities
- Tight security (24hrs)
- Swimming pools
- gym
- cafeteria
Payment & Terms:
- You may be male or female
- You should be clean and tidy
- Rental (including utilities but subject to electrical appliances you have)
- 2 month rental deposit only, 1 month rental advanced.
- Deposit RM150 for access card.
- Notice: 1 month prior to moving out

where exactly is this place? Is the entrance in front of that narrow road beside Damansara Intan and shared with Ken Damansara I and II? |

Nop that one is casa damansara 2. mine one is beside casa damansara 2 but it's entrance in others site. |

So sorry the price is non negotiable. The market price is RM500, my units just newly paint and i will hire maid to clean the house once or twice per week. |
