Room Facilities: Bed Frame + Mattress, Wardrobe, Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, Curtains
Price: Medium Room 1 - RM 600 (Air Conditioner + Ceiling Fan)
Medium Room 2 - RM 500 (Ceiling Fan Only)
Price is inclusive of Electricity. Water, Gas and Streamyx (WiFi)
Carpark is not provided
Deposit: 2 + 1
Preferably working professionals
Availability: September/October 2008
