As the topic says there are 3 rooms for rent in Sterling Condo. (available from 1st of October)

The unit is quite clean and well formed facing swimming pool.

unit is almost fully furnished like:
-Big Kitchen cabinet with gas and hood
-Curtain in all the rooms
-Air Condition in living room
-Refrigerator
-Washing machine
-Microwave
-Dining table
-Water heaters in both bathrooms
-all the things which are needed for cooking will be added
-Maintenance fee is included on rental
-...

And the unit size is the medium one which is 1400 Square-Feet

Rental and deposit for the rooms:

-Medium(Car-Park included):
Rental: 650 rm monthly
Security Deposit: 2+1 = 1950 rm (excluded utility)
Utility Deposit: 300 rm
(Both security and utility deposit are refundable)

-Small room(Car-Park temporary available for 3 or 4 months):
Rental: 450 rm monthly
Security Deposit: 2+1 = 1350 rm (excluded utility)
Utility Deposit: 200 rm
(Both security and utility deposit are refundable)

-X-small room:
Rental: 300 rm monthly
Security Deposit: 2+1 = 900 rm (excluded utility)
Utility Deposit: 150 rm
(Both security and utility deposit are refundable)

Middle room still available ,
Rental without car-park is 600 rm monthly

Medium and X-Small room already taken.

Only Small room is available:

-Small room:
Rental: 400 rm monthly
Security Deposit: 2+1 = 1200 rm (excluded utility)
Utility Deposit: 200 rm
(Both security and utility deposit are refundable)
