Room is available starting from 1st November 2008.
Medium room, with air-cond, fan, single bed frame, fibre matress, table, chair, book shelfs
chinese housemates + friendly + non-smoker.
1) Very nearby to IKEA, Ikano, One Utama, Sri pentas, IBM, KPMG.
2) Quiet, comfortable, clean, new, nicely and tastefully renovated house, fully furnished with kitchen cabinet.
3) Has aircond, curtain, dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, water heaters, gas stove and hod, sofa and TV. All are allowed to use.
4) Condo facilities: Cafes, Convenient shop, Clinic, Tennis court, Badminton court, Swimming pools and Gym room, 24 hours security.
Only for Working Male/Female + quiet + NON-SMOKER + non-party animals + myob.
I am very selective of people to rent so that everyone are proper decent people and lay down basic rules to ensure that everyone live in a peaceful, safe and clean environment.
