I am new, new to this forum, new to the market and New to the Business.
Is anyone have a useful guide of starting business.
I have few beginner question, Kindly help me.
1) what are the difference between sdn bhd, enterprise, shop(like car wash, grocery), or how many kind of business category in Malaysia.
2) How is the online business regulation in Malaysia.
3) Is there any organization that help someone fresh like me to equip with the knowledge to become an entrepreneur? i hear the MARA is doing such course for BUMI, but how about non BUMI who what to start, but having no experience
i basically do not know what is basic fundamental of doing business in Malaysia, is there anywhere i can take a study about this?
Really hope someone can help to clear my first stone.
Actually, if you have money to invest, you should buy a running business that is generating money already. Why start up something from scratch when the road ahead is long and hard?
Also, there is no guarantee a new business will survive. But an established, running business cuts out a lot of the risk and hassle....and time.

Some people will buy franchise business as everything has been taken cared off. But of course, the franchise fees is HIGH! If you have the $$, you may try!

-Google the net to find more information about business start-ups
-READ as much as possible about business
-Get some advices from friends who already run their own businesses
-Research the market
-Understand the Demand & Supply of your products/services
p/s :It's just my 2 cents, and i'm on my way to kick start my own business as well!
