Master room to let @ sec 14 PJ (Terrace House)
Room is available on Beginning of October 2008 onwards
Rental is RM350 (excluding utilities)
1) 5 mins walking to bus stop, 10 mins walking to LRT station
2) Near Jaya 33, Pharmacy, Morning market, Banks and Food Court.
3) Has Refrigerator, Washing Machine and Internet Access
4) Friendly Housemates
5) The room is attached with Ceiling Fan
6) The room is not attached with bathroom
If anyone (Preferably Chinese) is interested, Please PM me!

The room is not shared with others. But we are only looking for chinese female or chinese couple for our housemate. (sorry for that).
