Location : Dataran Prima Condo (Aman Suria)
Room : lightings, fan, bed with mattress, & wardrobe (Included 1 small toilet attached (but this room is near wet & dry kitchen, aka Maid's Room)
Condo : TV, Refridgerator, Washing Machine, Streamyx, Kitchen Cabinet, Dining Table, Sofa, Aircon, Water Heater, Cooking allowed (1616 SquareFeet)
Condo : Swimming Pool, Table Tennis Table, Basketball Court, Gym Room, Security Guard, Tennis Court
Rental : Small Room RM 250 (including water & electricity)
Preferably : Chinese Only
Others : 5min Drive From Kelana Jaya LRT, 15min Drive to 1U & Curve, Bus Stop 2mins Walk
Availability: Jan 2009
I'm also looking for short term tenants.
