Hello!
I am on the lookout for a small or medium room. Location wise, I'm seeking to be near any Putra LRT station. (Within walking distance) or condos such as Kelana Parkview, Ken III.
Would like to move in this coming August/ September 2008. Can only afford if rooms are not more than RM400 (including utilities & proper parking slot).
Housemates of any race and gender, but have preference for an all girl house.
Do pm me if you need:
1) A chatty housemate to talk to.
2) A neat freak (I will not mess up your place)
3) A reliable & trustworthy housemate (I always pay my rent on time)
5) A shopping buddy
6) A dog/cat lover.
