Hi all,
Been reading jobs ads both online & in newspapers. Some of the positions require the candidate to be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt holder. I know there is yellow, green, black & master black belt to the Six Sigma hierarchy, but how to know if it is suitable for someone? What kinda industry would this course benefit the most? Where to enroll for a course like this? How much would it cost? How long is the duration?
Sharing of experience from any Six Sigma holders out there is highly appreciated...
If the kind of work you do involves processes, Six Sigma is applicable. This can be in manufacturing, financial services, logistics and even Human Resources. There are also new Six Sigma methodologies that focuses on new product development.
