Have you recently stay in Palms Spring Condo? Actualy , i had a unit in Block D.
What do you think about Palms Spring Condo? On my view, i like this area which i born in PJ, they are not anywhere els i could afford to buy a condon in PJ. What i feel is so convenice to get around to PJ ss2, Damansara, Taman tun and bangsar.
Unfortunately, i hear alot of complain about the terrible traffic in Bandar utama and The curve. Now is even worse, i guess people driving to work individually not sharing a verhical to work. Refer to the 10 years back about the Campaign of Kongsi kereta it seem doesn't work.
my personally like the area, to be honest i'm now in london for work. is a disaster to find a nice tenant to rent my place. i have been giving to many property agent and it always seems not stay like a long term period. I felt very fed up of paying commision to the agent.

*sigh*

hmm.. i'm now staying here.
The enviroment in Palm Spring is not bad but its the management that is giving all the problems. Initially before buying, they told us that the parking besides the multi-storey car park, those serounding were all for visitors, but now they have already close most of it can collecting monthly fees for those. There are only a few left near the main guard house. Altought it is clearly for visitor, the management decided to collect parking fee for visitors parking, which is RM1 per hour. Don't u think that its too much.
Yesterday alot of residence have made it a issue to go to the management an log a complaint about it. dun u think that its insane? even 1-Utama shopping center only collects RM1 per entry.

Guys, does your house facing weak signal for ur tv? My house is facing this problem. Below this is what I gone through of the suck service....

I went to management office to complain about this issue and they gave me a handphone number and asked me to call him personally to settle this problem. (This guy is who in charge the TV and Astro in the area)

So I have no choice to call him and made appointment on this Tuesday but he break his promise. I gave another call to him and made another appointment on Wednesday. This time he refused to receive my call and doesn't show up.

Never mind, I gave him another chances. I just gave few calls to him just now, and what he did is off his phone after I have given him few calls.

Okay, I already fed up what he has done to me. I think is my time for me to make some sounds on this b@st@rd. Anyone can suggest me what I should do on this issue? Like send an email to complain about this to consumer association…I think if complain to the management office again is useless but I will try to get more info from management office like agreement letter between these 2 parties.

So guys, please suggest any idea for me to solve my problem. I want this cable guy get what he has done to me.

btw, I stay in block B.

My one is not astro Laughing , just normal TV....so Astro can't help me. Even is Astro problem also need to find back that guy to fix it. I have asked management staff, they told me the guy is in charge for palm spring TV signal and Astro. But seems like this Idiot is not really giving a good after sales service.....If I want to get one astro for myself, I sure will ask outsider to help me install it...what for to let this idiot to earn this money..

I think yours house Astro is in charge by this guy too....if you want his number, post in here, then I post his number in here.

Hi All

My house TV reception is also very bad especially NTV7 and 8TV. I Stay in Block D. Can anyone post that guy's number here. In fact, is it the same problem for all the blocks. Now we know there is problem with block B, C and D.

On the Visitor Parking charges, does anyone read the posting in Kosmo news paper last week. I think the RA posted the article at the entrance. May have been taken off by management though. It is really ridiculous of the developer to do that. Does anyone knows that the parking fee collected for the visitor parking belongs to the developer? Find it wierd. If these visitor parking are common area, then they should be collected by the management company and to be utilised for the benefit of all tenants. Maybe they have individual title to those parking lots.

Laughing ....then the management ppl faster fix his problem immediately....

I found out the line become unstable when raining. Might send another email to them regard on this issue....
