how it works? very simple..becoz of our daily food intake, the calorie is very high. and those those excess calories will store inside our body and turns into fat. thus, the good way to reduce weight is to take normal calorie intake of food. which means..normally a woman needs around 1500-1800 calories per day. for man is around 1800-2000 calories. If we can maintain the amount of calorie intake per day..then u will slowly starting to lose weight. And look around, the food that we take daily..how much calories intake would it be..of coz more than the normal range of calorie needed by our body. see, becoming fat is not an overnight process..it is actually accumulative..tat is why we become fatter n fatter each day..tat's the reason. So, to get back your ideal weight, you need to change ur eating habits and calorie intake. and thus, like i have mentioned earlier..the shake can be an easy and convenient for u to get a healthy and nutritious meal for the day...
Calories... go read about them. Its an important piece of knowledge that everybody should know actually.
You even burn calories by just sitting down... but how much you need to burn or consume depends on your individual Basal Metabolic Rate as well.
Calculators are all around...go check em out!
Hi,
Jogging 3 times a week and doing calisthenics like push ups work fine for me....Also never forget the mind is a very important factor....
It seems just to visualize yourself exercising will stimulate your body to produce the effects of exercising...or that's what scientists found out. But, those scientists also stressed that nothing beats REAL exercise...which means to get to....

Sorry to be the wet blanket. loosing weight is no rocket science. Just eat less, exercise more. Really wanna lose weight, go train for a marathon in 9 months, guarantee lose weight.
I'd like to share my experience in losing weight. I was once 90 kg, and I lost 13 kg's early last year. I was about 77 kg, which is alright for my height. My pants size shrank from 36 to 34.
What I did was very simple. Just remember to ensure that the OUTPUT > INPUT every single day and you're on your way there.
For breakfast and dinner, I ate only cereal with low fat milk or fruits. For lunch, I ate normally, but never excessively... and never, ever take deep fried food, or high sugared drinks (ie soft drinks)... just drink plain water or plain tea.
Coupled with my new diet, I worked out at the gym 4-5x a week. 45 mins of cardio, 45 mins of weights.
If you can do both of these with full discpline, you will lose 13 kg's in 3 months like I did.
Once you reach your ideal weight, just exercise regularly 3x a week. Go jogging, hit the pool or take up a sport that requires a lot of sweating. Keeping your ideal weight involves a change in lifestyle... not just by following some diet course or fad or pills.
Of course, since then, I have reverted back to my normal lifestyle, and have put on some weight. Trying to shed them off again.

that looks like a good routine and remember to haf fun while exercising, it would boost ur motivation. tho i was thinking, how bout changing ur breakfast meal wif ur lunch meal? most malaysians eat more energy-packed-foods at lunch, so it would be more logical if u use those energies early in the morning than later at afternoon? juz an opinion tho
Only one slight problem with that. When it comes to lunch time, it is usually a time for socialising with fellow colleagues... and we have to eat a normal meal... otherwise, we will invite a lot of questions.
