go to farmacy.. and try to ask about this "Reductil" its works well..
its reduce ur appitite.. and increase ur metabolisme .. recommended by doctor.. and its much safer than other.

Normally depending on just a supplement or medication will only produce temporary results as your body is able to adapt and then plateau. This is undesirable as once it plateaus, you will end up gaining even more weight than before and this will leave you very discouraged. Pm or email me and I will be glad to email you a way I adopted from body builders to effectively loose weight and keep it off. Biggest proof is myself as I lost a stubborn tummy I had to carry around for years.

IMO, workout is the best way. Not only u can loss weight, it promotes good health too. But one needs to be consistent and patient lo. Looking fit is much more better than looking thin regardless of gender. On day when i eat too much, I'll swim for an hour or so the nez day and I feel I have lost a bit haha ( mayb psychologically but sometimes the mind plays a role too).

i think when it comes to slimming, exercising is the best way. No matter what you take, there'll be some side effects on you. So, most important of all.. EXERCISE~~ and stay positive. I have friends that hop from one fitness center to another when their trial session ends Wink

Drink more water. Especially you women. Hello your body needs it so give it. Avg. 8 liters a day, not too much you can drown yourself.
