we have a room to let.
we are looking for chinese only, either professional or student, to fill this room. rental is only RM200 per month.
streamyx ready.
friendly housemate.
cooking is allow. (utilities belong to individual).
fridge is available.
non-smoker.
5 min walk to bus station where there's bus from UTAR & rapid kl to asia jaya.
food stalls at night.
