For those that curioused that if I'm an agent...
Sorry, though alot of ppl mistaken me as one (I sure hope I am to earn the commissions )... but I have to say, unfortunately, I'm not.
I was just co-incidently had to move out of my old place (BU2 2-storey house) medium room, look for a new condo unit to stay and have a medium room to let.
Reason is that I've injured my leg 3 months ago and now I need a place without staircase for long term safe recovery.

Previously was waiting for a potential tenant's deposit after verbal confirmation, but the person appeared to have some tenancy contract problems with current place.
