hi guys,
i happen to stumble upon a rare investment opportunity in the last couple of days. The agent told me i could get 100% return guaranteed in 8 years and estimated around 200% return. Hmpph just wondering if there is anything that good in the market at the moment? should i have a look at it ? please give your point of view?

my friend told me this kind of things is super rare in the market and also 100% is guaranteed by an insurance company. From what i see is a pretty sound investment. What you think?
That should be insurance saving plan..its guarantee return for 5% return yearly and compound interest yearly definitely your return will reach 100%. You need to calculate how much yearly premium you pay and the return for 8 years.
If you looking stable return, insurance saving plan good also. of course the return is low compare with unit trust.
Do you interest on the Unit Trust?? Unit Trust saving plan for long term and the return is much better than assurance saving plan.. Think yourself what you want. and get a suitable plan for yourself.
Ermm actually i think you got it all wrong. Is not an insurance plan.
Its actually a type of property investment that comes with an insurance plan to guarantee a 100% return in 8 years time. Besides that the property that you are buying is also expected to appreciate as they are selling below market value. Reason being it is still under construction. Well, based on a few experiences of mine, there is no such thing as guaranteed return in any investment scheme unless the return is very low percentage wan, and even then you have to beware. For example HYIP is mostly scams, if not totally scam.

Cause mine is 100% guaranteed and is also provided by a main board company so everything is relatively safe. and the worst possible outcome with this plan is only 100% return. You will not lose any money i suppose. Anyway tell me more bout yours too. What company and what are the risk ?
