Enviroment : Fully air-conditioned, nice cozy lightings, spacious etc
Reason for sale : the boss have no interest anymore
Shop : its newly renovated about 2-3 months old, new concept (will go thru when there is buyers interested)
Average Sales : 400-500 per day
Located at Sunway Mentari, good night crowd, doing purely online game, low running cost (no software monthly fees), no parking problems (parking fee not implemented here yet) and the best thing is in MBPJ area
