so as we all know,crime rate in pj is increasing.nearly everyday robbery is happening and no one cares!! im staying in sect 5 here,last year the 'so called' sect 5 comittee decided to hire security guards and till now no news about it.wats's happening? they even collected an amount to start off.best part they even build few check point barriers around here and its an white elephant now.sadly its jus a waste of money.what happend?any1 knows
