We're Chinese working couple looking for a master room in SS2. Landed / Condo doesn't matter.
Our preference is clean & quiet environment as both of us work quite late normally. Prefer to have aircond, but it's optional. Carpark is more critical.
We can move in at end of Aug. We don't have tide budget so please offer us more choices.
