ohh... pls dun resort to pills if neccessary... try other natural products if possible... and of course exercise... but me also very malas to exercise... so i understand ur problem...

some of them they fat is because of eating much,maybe it's ur gen.Then like me even i try not to eat just drink more water i will have water retention also.. even more water on me also will make me fat..haiz.. for pills is which recommended by pharmacist not saying that not good at all, but different ppl will have different effect,some of those pills will make a person get fast heartbeat,can't sleep at nite or maybe even worst than my expection..Anyhow now i'm trying a himalaya brand pills & elken Dr Diet,if it's effective then i will intro to u all to try it..let me be the white mice 1st,hehe ..
