-Address: No.1124，17/44，section 17
-Room: Medium Room (upstair room)
-Can stay up to 2 people
-Chinese male preferable
-Monthly Rental: RM240 (additional RM25 for Electric and water bill)
-Facility: Only have washing machine
-Room is not furnished
-Available in August
-Just located behind Sentosa which is very convenient
-This room is quite hot during the day as located at the back and upstair
-House is a bit old and quite untidy
-Internet have to apply yourself
-Deposit of 2 month without return, if moving out you need to find a person to stay in just like what i did right now

Let me made some amendment here, as i also dont think this room will have high probability to rent out so i just change the deposit to 1 month of the rental! And i truely apologive for non-chinese as i have discuss with the house leader and he said only rent to chinese! I'm really sorry for that!
not really! but i'm going to moved out next month for sure! i don't think i will put any hope in this matter anymore! huahahaha! Means to dump the deposit money away! lol but forget it! Just as the quote: don't worry be happy. Wish you are having a nice day too!
