if you have no money, the only way is to exercise more................

What happens when you have no time or money..? how then? Lol..
Teach me good eating habits.. what sort of food to eat at what time of the day.. portion of meals.. etc.. |

minimise your consumption on carbohydrate, eat more fiber and drink lots of water............ if possible try not to eat anything after 8pm, can you do that ?  |

icic.. yea.. i wish i don't have to eat.. but unfortunately i kinda love eating.. lol..
i still have 3 untouched bottles of herbal life.. back then in Dec/Jan, i was so into it.. even go to the gym every single day..
then as am starting to get busy at work, i quit my exercising habit and all.. then shortly after, i started having language classes, salsa classes or other plans with friends.. hence, go home and just sleep..
been feeling very guilty..
i don't really eat late at night.. but these days, after classes end at 9 - 9.30, i'd get a lil hungry.. cuz used up my energy in the 2 hours class..
feeling so helpless... i used to have such good figure.. like model.. pheweet.. lol.. no really.. i do.. lol.. i was tall and slender.. lotsa people thought i was part time model..
now.. em... i'm tall, and erm.. pretty wide.. which makes me look big and so gigantic..! HElppppp! |

oh........... I love to eat as well, but I have to control very hard too besides forcing myself to go for exercise........... as days passing, our metabolism rate is reducing, the food that we consumed would not turn to energy but fats and keep in our body, specially nowaday the food that we eat are so fatty and oily, but what to do those food are hard to resist
So, exercise more to eat more  |

No matter how long or how hard you exercise you will never lose that fat unless you eat right. You can do 1000 sit up but if you still not maintain yourself properly u will never lose it.

| me also used to b quite big... i'v tried herbalife too but got constipated so now an on a japanese product... luv it.... taste good and helps burn fat too... but quite expensive lor... |

You have to start working out.
But you have to find an activity that you enjoy doing.
For me, it was doing jiu-jitsu. I've lost at least 4kg in the past 6 months, doing jiu-jitsu 2-3 times a week. _________________ Never, never, never give up!
