i am renting out a small room for female at bayu puteri starting mid july.
Streamyx, TV, Washing machine and fridge are available
Cooking allowed
gym, swimming pool, badminton court, tennis court, kedai mamak, salon are available at the apartment
Shuttle bus to Kelana Jaya LRT station is at the doorstep
Walking distance to Merchant Square
3 mins to dataran prima
5 mins to One Utama, KBU and Bandar Utama Centrepoint
8 mins to Ikano, The Curve
Safe environment.
