is it possible to reduce my power of short-sightedness ? my power is getting higher yearly and i would like like to reduce it. I heard that Sauflon contact lense can aid in reducing the power of short-sightedness, but it takes time to reduce it, is it true ?

those contact lens that help reduce ur short-sightedness is called orthokeratology lenses (Ortho-K) but it will usually cost u a few thousand for the whole process. besides that, u will need to wear the lenses when u sleep everynight in order to flatten ur cornea so that ur short-sightedness reduces. it increases the risk of getting contact lens related complications.
if u r a teenager now, chances are ur refractive error will continue to increase until u stop growing and practice good visual habits, dont strain ur eyes.
sauflon lens is not proven to reduce refractive error.
