Rental: RM1200 per month u/f. May consider furnishing subject to rent negotiation
Other Info: Full Condo Facilities including swimming pool, gym, multi purpose hall, playground etc. 24 hour security. Walking distance to schools, 1 Utama/TV3/IBM.
Other requirements: Two references

The apartment is brand new and the carpark lot is just outside the door. Most of the furnishings will also be new. Because it's on the highest floor, the middle room is very bright as the skylight is just above. The rental including furnishings is RM1500 per month |

Ceiling light
Curtains
Cupboard
Bed
2)Each Bathroom will have a water heater
3)Living room will have
a sofa
coffee table
curtains
4)Dining Table with 4 chairs
5)Kitchen will have
Kitchen cabinet
Refrigerator
Microwave
Stove
6)Laundry area will have
a washing machine |
