Preferably;
• Unit that comes with basic furnishings: grills, lights, ceiling fans, kitchen cabinets, curtain railings, water heater
• at least 1 parking spot
• Condo facilities: Cafeteria, club house, gymnasium, jogging track, playground, swimming pool, tennis court, badminton courts, 24hr Security
• Rental per month: Below RM800
• at least 2 rooms
• Available: From August or September 2008
• Good location/environment, near amenities and public transport
